Evermotion released a new pack of models to their popular series Archmodels vol. 103. This time Archmodels are featuring 80 low poly models of night skyscrapers with textures, shaders and materials. The models are ready to use and you can immediately put them into your scene and render. The size of the collection is 0,28 GB in 10 files and download only. At the bottom of this article you can see a quick gallery of the models and also whole scenes where the models are used.

MBL PRO (Motion Blur Lab PRO) is a Photoshop® compliant plugin capable of producing high-quality, multi-directional and variable-strength motion blur effects quickly and efficiently using motion vectors. MBL PRO was developed in an effort to achieve effects not currently possible with virtually any existing digital retouching software and it is of special interest to professional photographers, retouchers and digital artists everywhere.
Naturally occurring motion blur has extremely complex optical characteristics that are quite difficult to accurately simulate with today's array of underdeveloped tools. Traditional digital retouching software such as Photoshop® provide very basic motion blur capabilities.
We continue are series with interviews with people from CG world with Bob Bennett from Luxology. Bob Bennett is a well-known veteran of the 3D software industry, having worked on 3D Studio, Maya and now modo®. Currently he is in charge of marketing at Luxology. The interview is about him, Luxology and also about modo®, the artist-friendly 3D software that combines modeling, sculpting, painting, animation and rendering in a fused workflow. Contest theme is Amusement Park Rides. So you have to create a 2D or 3D model of an amusement park ride or a camera view of riding it. You can design the ride yourself or use an existing one as a reference. You can use any software, which is taught by Digital Tutors. Permission of moderator is required for any other software use.
