Bluegfx expo show report

Default picture of 3d-sphere.comOn 12th May was held this all-day event at Ravensbourne College of design and communication in London. Sessions were held with speakers from Autodesk, Allegorithmic, BlueArc, Chaos Group, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Peer1 and many others.

The experts from these companies shared their experiences and working practices with students and also with others professionals.

The exhibition provided a wealth of information on various software, hardware and plug-in options all aimed at improving workflow.

Chaos Group presented new features in V-Ray 2.0 like using V-Ray proxies, a process that enables the user to import geometry from an external mesh at render time only or about using the new camera options to create realistic motion blur. About these all and many others discussed 3D artist Konstantin Gaytandzhiev.
