Maxon released a free update for CINEMA 4D R12 and BodyPaint 3D R12, updating their software to version 12.048. The update is already available for download for all users and Maxon recommend doing so. The minimum requirements is Cinema 4D R12.016 or higher which should already be installed. The update includes overall around 30 fixes, improves various areas of the software and will fix unintentional behaviors and increase stability.
This package also already has all previous updates inside so you have to download just this one.
Fixed in this version:

- - Rendering (Command line rendering, Sky Sampler, Surface Deformer)
- - Dynamics (fixed behaviors for Metaballs, springs, collisions and connectors)
- - Maya Exchange for BodyPaint 3D
- - Combine Scene Tool now uses material names
- - Other (Melt tool, Morph User Data, XML export, Gradients in PyroCluster, Python, HUD behavior)
