MARI 1.4v3 boasts a whole host of upgrades that you've been asking for. This update brings new features and many enhancements. MARI 1.4v3 now offers Linked Patches, that you can use for easily replicate texture data across patches without having to cut and paste or new Tint and Stencil mode to easily lay down decals and more, using MARI Paint Through tool.

HIERO has been built for collaborative working on VFX projects, especially with a quick turnaround and create a smooth workflow out of the box to improve efficiency and increase shot throughput volume. The brand new software is a lightweight shot manager for VFX. HIERO 1.0 is NOT a compositor or a system for finishing, grading or editing. It allows production facilities to efficiently conform, review and export shots to visual effects artists and into finishing systems. HIERO has been designed to work seamlessly with The Foundry’s NUKE and NUKEX compositing applications, but also enables collaborative working with other editorial, VFX and finishing tools.
This update introduces a slew of time-saving new features – an absolutely stunning and very unique metallic paint material, an interactive Environment Editor that allows real-time editing of the lighting environments and new material templates that allow you to quickly ‘auto-paint’ your models on import. Cebas announced the immediate availability of psd-manager 3.1 - “the V-Ray release” of the multi-layer PSD exporter for Autodesk 3ds Max. The new version is at no charge available for current customers providing a major workflow update and new features for those using psd-manager 3 in combination with the V-Ray renderer. From this point psd-manager is able to access directly the V-Ray frame buffer including render elements export, mask generation for objects and materials and 8/16/32-bit HDR PSD export.
